This wine is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Montello and Colli Asolani. The grapes are picked after an accurate selection in our vineyards, which are located in a hilly area with a perfect solar exposition. It is produced just in the best years.

Production method: this wine is obtained by a strict sorting of the grapes in the fields. The grapes are picked manually in crates. After destemming and pressing the grapes, the wine is fermented in wine marcs with indigenous yeasts in tanks at monitored temperature for 15 days. The maturation is in barriques for 18 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: burgundy colour; intense and enveloping fragrance with evident scents of blueberry, withered rose, tobacco, vanilla and cinnamon. Full, robust and harmonic flavour.

ABOUT THE WINERY

The natural choice

Wine and olive oil are a language and always they have a story to tell. Bresolin BIO products have roots in rich and fertile land, vineyards close to woods populated with roe deer, wild boar and wild birds. Not being able to disregard absolute respect for these places, here, it seemed truly inevitable. And therefore the choice of organic was inevitable.
