The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique, where the wine ages for 15 months. The ageing in bottle is of 12 months.

Fragrance: characterized by the marriage of fruity and spicy notes, the last ones due to the barrique refining. There are violet and cherry hints, together with cacao and tobacco sensations.

Taste: full, great structure with mature and silky tannins. Long aromatic persistence.
