Dark confectionery pink to look. Intense fragrance with rose petals, addictive, fruity of good intensity where the note of black cherry and traces of bread crust predominates. Fresh, good structure and persistence, the palate is soft with fine foam. It is combined with appetizers and pasta dishes from Emilian, fried dumpling and tigelle. Excellent with fatty and rich fish dishes.
