Consistent with our spirit of research, in particle “ Scarpe Toste” sorrounding the cellar, we planted a small vineyard of Rhine Riesling. An extraordinary variety that likes altitude and gravelly soil.
A long bottle ageing tends to bring out the tertiary aromas typical of Riesling developing into citrus and white pulp fruits notes. A wine to be enjoyed with complex dishes based on fish.
